Hello and God bless everyone! this is the hotel information for the 2019 Thomas/Wright reunion. I don't have most folks emails and we are not avid users of face book, twitter or instagram, so if those who happen to open this email and not delete it...because we do that sometimes...please pass this info along. the hotel is the Comfort Inn on Hwy 63 Moss Point Ms. We will have a meet and greet room and will keep the room for the time we are there. we have reserved a block of 20 rooms and the cut off to reserve is 21 June 2019 so don't wait till the last minute! All info is in the attachment. You can go online and reserve or call the hotel directly (under Thomas /Wright reunion) The Picnic area and banquet hall have already been reserved. With those big ticket Items in place we will now fine tune the details and schedule of events. Our desire is for all to have a great time and fellowship, so if you have any ideas please share. the dates are July 25, 26.27. Meet and greet July 25, Picnic 26, Banquet 27. Church service will be 8:00 Sunday 28 July. ANNOUNCING THOMAS-WRIGHT FAMILY REUNION WICHITA, KANSAS JULY 23 TO 26, 2015   Hotel:   DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport - $98.00 a night for rooms, includes free breakfast buffet for 2 (per room) in Legends Restaurant.  Reservations for rooms may be made by calling 1-800-247-4458 or online at www.wichitaairport.doubletree.com and ask for the Thomas-Wright Family Reunion.  Reservations may be made AFTER January 1, 2015 but PRIOR to July 9, 2015.  Banquet will be held in the same hotel in the Banquet Rooms on Saturday, July 25. We will have access to the “Control Tower” the entire time we are at the hotel, which is on the top floor of the hotel.  The “Meet & Greet” will be held in the Control Tower on Thursday, July 23, from 4 pm on.  This room also includes tables and chairs,  television, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker at our disposal. The “BBQ” will be held at the Sedgwick County Park in the “Horseshoe Pavilion” on Friday, July 24. T-shirts will be available for purchase at a later date. Fees will also be set at a later date.  More information will definitely follow.  

Dear Family   As some of you know, the venue and the hosts have been changed for the 2015 Thomas Wright Family Reunion.   The 2015 Thomas-Wright Reunion will be held in Wichita,Kansas, and hosted by Melvin and Ronda Penn.  The reunion will be held in July 2015, with more definite information to come later when some hotel and catering contracts are firmed up.    We would like to get an idea of how many of you think you might be attending so we will have a better idea how to proceed with our planning. Please reply to this e-mail address by July 23. Hello family!! I often think of the wonderful time we all had last summer on the bodcaw!!! Annie and I really enjoyed it. As you all may or may not know, our Matriarch of the Fred and Ellen Thomas union, will be celebrating her 74th year on 29 May 2010.  I would like to have all and any family members that desire to call (316-722-1939) or send her a short note or card. We are planning (her children and grand and great grand children) to be with her that weekend to celebrate the blessing of the Lord! He has allowed her to surpass threescore and ten;  Ps 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sarrow; for it is soon cut off and we fly away.  Cat fish and Barbeque will be on the menu along with some of Annies pound cakes!
